On October 22, 1989, I signed up for Golden Estates Kuching's maintenance program at their Hackettfort, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $47.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Milford Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 7 days since my initial complaint, and Golden Estates Kuching still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their priority service.
