I purchased a account from Mart Direct on December 9, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vella M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Mart Direct has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the loyalty program, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-F675D8AE multiple times.
