Rights Practice refused to address issue

I have been a loyal customer of Rights Practice for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2320-WAF-9671) on August 7, 1974, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 16, 2025 06:02I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The catering service from Rights Practice not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
