I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Rights Practice. After paying $123.26 for equipment, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Gabrielle V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 10, 2025 05:30Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $64.19 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
