Frustrated with The Prime Vitality Specialists's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of The Prime Vitality Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7532-ODB-5303) on September 19, 1989, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
