I have been a loyal customer of The Prime Vitality Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7532-ODB-5303) on September 19, 1989, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from The Prime Vitality Specialists, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my camera. This is extremely frustrating.
