I want to report a serious concern with The Prime Vitality Specialists's item that I purchased on April 28, 1986 from your Lake Autumn, Arkansas store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Garnet X., but my issue remains unresolved.
