Poor customer service experience with Signature Living Consultants

I purchased a subscription from Signature Living Consultants on September 21, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leola L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 12, 2025 05:42Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $129.55 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
