I am writing regarding order #ORD-4574-INB-6192 placed with BrightInstitute Ltd. on December 2, 2017. I paid $494.18 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maxime U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from BrightInstitute Ltd. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
