I have been a loyal customer of BrightInstitute Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-4151-LTE-3048) on July 5, 2004, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
