I am writing regarding order #ORD-1090-GPB-1796 placed with BrightInstitute Ltd. on October 14, 2017. I paid $807.94 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chaya B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
