On April 15, 1980, I signed up for Elite Domain's troubleshooting service at their Jessicahaven, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $543.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kian W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
