I am writing regarding order #ORD-1162-DXJ-9840 placed with Elite Domain on December 18, 2016. I paid $492.91 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kraig J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
