I have been a loyal customer of First Market Central for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1336-RMD-3860) on February 9, 2023, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that First Market Central has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $133.93 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $133.93 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
