I am writing regarding order #ORD-1775-NEV-8895 placed with First Market Central on September 28, 1985. I paid $363.17 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delores Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that First Market Central has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $164.53 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $164.53 for a jacket that never worked properly.
