Urban Living International refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5913-UIK-3803 placed with Urban Living International on June 30, 1989. I paid $776.81 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jaclyn M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
