I purchased a accessory from Urban Living International on October 20, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Olen I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Susan Robinson at Urban Living International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The kitchen knife set was clearly defective from the start.
