Poor customer service experience with Urban Living International

I have been a loyal customer of Urban Living International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1873-ELU-9923) on December 8, 2022, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 03, 2025 05:25I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The microwave from Urban Living International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
