Unresolved issue with Representation & Associates Inc. product

I have been a loyal customer of Representation & Associates Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-4909-KFS-1914) on February 20, 1993, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
