I am writing regarding order #ORD-4751-SYD-6773 placed with Representation & Associates Inc. on October 15, 2000. I paid $1000.34 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Baylee I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from Representation & Associates Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
