I want to report a serious concern with Space & International São Luís's accessory that I purchased on September 2, 1971 from your East Jamarcus, Mississippi store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aurelio E., but my issue remains unresolved.
