On September 15, 1985, I signed up for Healing Professionals Changwon's warranty service at their Starkborough, California location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $229.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reina W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Jennifer Smith from the Customer Success at Healing Professionals Changwon, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
