Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of HealthMed International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-3230-SLY-7074) on September 22, 2003, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
