I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from HealthMed International. After paying $948.80 for package, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Juvenal T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 15, 2025 06:06I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The camera from HealthMed International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
