Balance Health Clinic failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Balance Health Clinic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-5423-GTP-1510) on May 28, 1994, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
