The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Erling U., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The tablet from Balance Health Clinic not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
