I purchased a product from FusionNode Medan on November 30, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Friedrich M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 07, 2025 05:52I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The subscription box from FusionNode Medan not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
