I want to report a serious concern with FusionNode Medan's subscription that I purchased on December 2, 1977 from your North Kelton, New Jersey store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mazie F., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and FusionNode Medan still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their maintenance contract.
