I purchased a application from Tech-Soft International on April 22, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Felipa X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Tech-Soft International, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my organic produce box. This is extremely frustrating.
