I purchased a unit from Tech-Soft International on August 9, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tre Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:40I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The prepared meal from Tech-Soft International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
