On July 4, 1978, I signed up for AI Solutions's repair service at their Sawaynmouth, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $727.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leilani B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
