Unresolved issue with AI Solutions product

On June 7, 1975, I signed up for AI Solutions's exchange program at their Port Jeniferside, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $468.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jayne S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
