I want to report a serious concern with Ultra Technologies's device that I purchased on January 3, 2002 from your South Claudine, Nebraska store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Barrett Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
