I want to report a serious concern with DataPulse Robotics's appliance that I purchased on October 31, 1986 from your Glenniemouth, Vermont store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Domenic M., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because DataPulse Robotics finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the subscription box, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
