I am writing regarding order #ORD-1812-FSU-3292 placed with DataPulse Robotics on June 15, 1992. I paid $561.52 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Friedrich S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from DataPulse Robotics not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
