I am writing regarding order #ORD-8416-YOB-4355 placed with Domain Partners on February 9, 2019. I paid $239.43 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jared C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
