Billing dispute with Domain Partners

I want to report a serious concern with Domain Partners's system that I purchased on November 27, 2012 from your West Leslie, Michigan store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lonie O., but my issue remains unresolved.
