I purchased a service from Choice Retail Ltd. on November 17, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Clint M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
