On April 22, 2006, I signed up for Store Plus's premium plan at their Baumbachfort, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $733.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keshaun J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Store Plus. Can someone please provide an update?
