I have been a loyal customer of Learning College for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8608-IWA-3490) on September 28, 1995, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
