I want to report a serious concern with Luxury Properties's device that I purchased on September 11, 1983 from your West Arnulfo, Iowa store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Pedro A., but my issue remains unresolved.
