I want to report a serious concern with Attorney Practice, Practice's account that I purchased on May 1, 2006 from your Romagueramouth, New Hampshire store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Augustus N., but my issue remains unresolved.
