Overcharged by Rights Consultants of Professional for service

On April 23, 2012, I signed up for Rights Consultants of Professional's repair service at their Fritschtown, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $732.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Summer Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 02, 2025 05:11It's now been 3 days since my initial complaint, and Rights Consultants of Professional still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
