Poor customer service experience with Rights Consultants of Professional

I have been a loyal customer of Rights Consultants of Professional for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5607-AOY-5289) on April 10, 1994, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 20, 2025 05:59It's now been 3 days since my initial complaint, and Rights Consultants of Professional still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their subscription plan.
