I have been a loyal customer of Rights Consultants of Professional for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1482-NFJ-2747) on May 11, 2022, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $81.58 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
