I want to report a serious concern with Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises's equipment that I purchased on June 30, 2002 from your Wyattchester, Iowa store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alexandre P., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their priority service.
