I want to report a serious concern with Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises's subscription that I purchased on January 7, 2019 from your Pacochaborough, Kansas store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Seamus A., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
