I am writing regarding order #ORD-3343-YXR-6134 placed with Construction Bros on October 10, 1997. I paid $898.70 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monte M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
