I want to report a serious concern with Habitat & Investments's account that I purchased on April 6, 2014 from your Corkeryton, Hawaii store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Birdie J., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 06:00Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $313.74 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
