Frustrated with Legal & Services's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2990-GVQ-9916 placed with Legal & Services on December 20, 2021. I paid $967.40 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Daija Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
