I have been a loyal customer of Legal & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-9556-LXU-9579) on July 21, 2004, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
